Listings of HUD Homes
As you can imagine, HUD is a huge government agency. Years ago they came to the realization that it’s just not feasible for them to oversee all the HUD homes and make sure they are marketed and managed properly. So how did HUD handle this situation? They decided to delegate!
HUD has divided the United States up into several regions. And then for each region, HUD designates a particular company to market and manage HUD homes located there. These M&M contractors oversee management and marketing of the HUD properties, much like a property management company would do for various residential dwellings.
The marketing involves posting each home for sale on an accessible website. New listings and updated pricing are posted every week, on Fridays.
